I AM NOT FROM AUSTRALIA AND DO NOT USE THEIR CURRENCY "AUD" DO YOU ACCEPT MY COUNTRY'S CURRENCY?
The default prices are in AUD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to AUD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that! Your currency will simply convert to AUD upon paying but you are paying the same price you saw in your currency.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship everywhere. We have a free shipping option to most countries, otherwise it is $2 AUD.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered factories located in HK. So, please expect some items to be shipped separatelyas different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries take 15-25 business days on average to most countries (USA, Australia, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, China, etc.). However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, customs and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer. It depends what you purchased/where you live! MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (HK). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order guaranteed! :)
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of HK using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible
I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We can not cancel an order after it is placed as it is sent to dispatch first thing each morning. If you notice an error in your address please email us immediately so we can correct it. If it is too late you can contact the post office and ask them to redirect your mail.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a week of receiving the parcel. We will only exchange for change of mind or wrong sizing.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size we can exchange at buyers expense.
